Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. Following the end of her gymnastics career from childhood Ariel was competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. After a year, she was awarded her Professional Card aged 17. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is modeling. After quitting her gymnastics career and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness shows at the age of 16. A year later, at the age of 17, she won her pro card. She became an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Ariel took six year off from performing after she earned her Pro Card to complete her university studies. In 2015 she continued her path from last year's the most prestigious contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After winning her first competition in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years setting up new goals. At the close of 2009, she won four more fitness titles. She also became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) by winning the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel Ariel Ariel was able to take an absence of six years from competitive sports when she earned her pro-card to complete her college degree. When she earned her Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel made a successful comeback at her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The show saw her finish in third place. In the summer of 2016, she was the winner of at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage just three months later, and took home 6th place at the Fitness Division. Ariel was elated of her 6th position at the level of Fitness, despite being completely unprepared. She was up against the very best. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing improvements to her body each year. Ariel is known to be focused specifically on the back. The exercises she uses to work her back are bent-over rows using single-arm lat pull downs. She warms-up first before moving onto work out sets. Ariel also Ariel is known to make use of her time as efficiently as possible. One way to achieve this is to superset her back exercises. Four or three supersets with 10-12 reps is done.
